Combining my two favorite things in the world! A walking meditation in nature also known as Forest Bathing or in Japan, Shinrin-Yoku. It can be as simple as our nearest park and in any natural environment allowing us to consciously connect with Mother Earth while also receiving your individualized Reiki session.
