GUIDED

It was the beginning of summer 2020. It was a busy work day, just like any day and while on a quick break I had the word "Reiki" come to mind. I had never heard of Reiki, I just had a "knowing" I was supposed to look into this right away and the guidance felt urgent. I did a quick google search and surprisingly found a Reiki Master Mentor less than 5 minutes away. I visited her website a few more times, stopping just short of scheduling a session, yet it was still on my mind.

 

The next day I received the call no one wants to receive, my beloved little sister had passed away in her sleep the evening before. I was no stranger to grief, having lost my hero, my Dad to ALS in 2016. I was able to book my first session 2 days later, not knowing what to expect and coming from enormous grief, I went in with an open mind, open heart, and ready to receive.

CALLED 

​

To say my first Reiki session was life changing and transformative is a massive understatement. The indescribable feeling of true unconditional love, like a giant hug from the universe, was truly the most profound experience. In deep grief, there was comfort unlike I'd ever experienced and I wanted, needed to know more about this energy and healing modality.. I knew from that moment on. my life would never be the same. 

​

At the pinnacle of a 20+ year sales career in leading edge technology startups, I was already questioning if I was truly happy and fulfilled for a few years. My health was failing, anxiety was constant, and there was just an overall feeling that I wasn't in alignment with my true purpose and had no idea what that might be. I knew I wanted to help in some bigger way, to be of service, to work from the heart with a greater sense of joy.

 

Reiki has given me the strength to love myself unconditionally, to send love to all aspects of fear and trauma from my past, and to become brave enough to embark on a new path. I have now answered a different kind of Call. I know where I'm supposed to be, helping to bring light, love, and healing to others in all ways. Each day I honor my Dad and Sister, in loving memory Darrell & Dina. Had I not experienced such devastating loss, I would have never been strong enough to take a leap of faith and follow my dreams of a more aligned life path.

JOURNEY

What I didn't know after my healing began, that I can now state confidently one year in hindsight, is I was not only made for this! I was born for this! 

My spiritual awakening, while incredibly euphoric and beautiful in so many ways words can't describe, also propelled me into my Dark Night of the Soul. Having not had a prior spiritual background and not knowing what was happening or how to navigate the complete and total review of one's life in full truth, no matter how painful, all had to be acknowledged and brought up for healing. I am eternally grateful for this experience and I know many of us are trying to move through this process now alone and without the tools or a guide to ease your passage.

MISSION 

​

It is now my mission as a Reiki Energy Healer and sensitive empath to share my gifts, to help soften the edges in life no matter what comes our way, to be a safe place for all to retreat to when you need rest, restore, replenish, and reflect.. To guide you in letting go of attachments, fears, and believed limitations that no longer serve your highest potential and keep us in a cyclical pattern of depression, anxiety, and illness. I am here to help you remember how powerful you are and to love yourself above all.
